Small, friendly, family run, relaxed, clean and well located for bus station.
There was nothing that we didn't like. I found the music quite loud in evening - no other guests seemed to be there and Santiago was happy to turn it off when I asked, just so as to be able to enjoy the peace.

The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was fantastic, more than what I expected. There is a kitchen space with cooking utensils, oil and seasonings, with seating outside. The private bathroom was clean and appreciated. The bed was comfortable enough. The neighbourhood is quiet. Coco the dog (poodle mix) is adorable and just as friendly.

Chill and friendly staff,
Good breakfast
Initially i thought could be a dodgy area at night, but instead is quite chill, i did 2km walking at evening coming back from city centre between 22-midnight and no annoyance faced at night.
A bit dirty, i found some blood in the blankets before sleeping in. I can deal with it but some people might not like it.
Many mosquitoes and bugs around, need to bring repellent and use it twice a day at least.
The shower smells a bit, i believe its a matter of humidity/not drying (reason why many mosquitoes might still stand around).
Despite these cons, i would still stay there.
