Beautifully renovated colonial home with a pool with waterfalls and rainbow lights. Kind staff. Breakfast included. I am very satisfied that my feedback was taken and integrated in the service, which made me feel super comfortable to extend my stay. Thank you to Jessica and the staff team at Casa Azuli.
I wish the houses on the entire street around Casa Azuli were also renovated and matched the same standards as Casa Azuli.

The property itself is a restored and renovated colonial guest house which is beautiful on the outside and inside. I would describe it as an enclosed oasis. Mr Mario is super welcoming and Jessica is amazing and I also got to meet the owners, who were so warm and welcoming. I like the breakfast here, it is cooked on the spot in the morning. This place feels more like a home, and not a traditional hotel. I loved my room, rainbow lights and waterfalls in the pool ☺️
1) The staff members are nice and I appreciate them, but I faced some little issues with a couple of them regarding food safety protocols as I was going through a GI tract infection. However, the issues were handled by the upper managers promptly. I had to extend my stay due to health reasons.
2) Not all the buildings outside Casa Azuli are beautiful like it, so it depressed me to walk downtown sometimes when I had to look at broken or low maintenance homes beside beautiful ones.

El hotel tiene mucho encanto. Habitación amplia y bonitas. Nos tocó la habitación de enfrente de la piscina y era muy cómodo salir directamente. Piscina pequeña pero muy chula.
Los desayunos nos los preparaban al momento y estaban ricos.
El hotel estaba un poco alejado del centro se podía ir andando en 15 min pero con el calor nosotros cogimos Uber ya que el precio es muy bajo.
