A bright, airy, open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with a high ceiling all feels uncluttered, chill, and inviting. Relax and let the vibe envelop you. Underfloor heating keeps things cozy on cold nights, while central air-conditioning and ceiling fans ensure comfort in the summer.
Multiple sun-drenched windows offer far reaching pastoral views and amazing sunrises and sunsets. Outside patio, fire pit and sitting areas bring you even closer to the natural beauty of the land and are a perfect spot for a quiet morning coffee or tea, or to chill with friends and enjoy today’s Bourbon treasures.
The European-modern kitchen with island seating is a well-equipped place to gather, whether simply making plans for the day over breakfast, lining up wine glasses and snacks for an afternoon nibble, or preparing a savory dinner (feast) for friends and family.

We have stayed here for 3 years in a row for a family event. It is a special property and very peaceful. The Barn has everything you could need and is beautifully designed. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

Beautiful property out in the country! The rolling hills, peace & quiet and cows made for a perfect place to relax and unwind. Could not ask for a nicer place to stay. All the amenities and then some were available. Plus everything was labeled to make it easy to find. Gwen is a wonderful host! If ever in the area again we will definitely stay again.

Wonderful property in the hills of Kentucky. Clean, private, super cool home with everything you’d need on vacation. Owner communication was friendly, prompt, and thorough. Excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommended. We had such a good time! Thank you
