Don't ever stay here

The location to the free trolleys in town.

It was like glorified camping, we had no internet/cable/movie player....none of which was told to us before our stay with our kids. The staircase outside was not safe, the stairs inside to get to the top were more like a ladder. The bottom floor bedroom was muggy and had no fan or ventilation, the upstairs loft had a bunk bed that was unsafe to use because if you went to get off the top bunk you would fall to your two story death. The last day the cable guy came to the door and said he had a work order to fix the cable...and said he had been trying to get in our place for over a week (so they knew the cable and Internet was not working) and insisted that he come in (a stranger with my kids) but needless to say the last 5 minutes of our stay the Internet was working....what a joke. Additionally the place looks nothing like the pictures, and if I would have known everything about this place I would have never put my family here. Even though they have a cleaning service we were expected to take trash out and run the dishwasher (which sounded like the TARDIS taking off.) I am not a complaining person by nature....I just never want anyone to stay here with children or an older couple. The location might be decent, but that is all. Lastly, it is a joke to get ahold of anyone because it's a 1800# that is for VACASA. I feel unsupported by the property management, and dupped by Booking/VACASA. They also never acknowledged my party appropriately....they kept saying we were a party of 6 adults and we were a family of six (2 adults) 4 kids. If I could have found something else to accommodate my large party during my stay I would have, but watch out for this property because their refund policy also sucks! Don't book here!

good location walking distance to restaurants and grocery.

plenty of space and the things and items in the kitchen were grate. Very comfy for our group of 4. We arrived early and had lunch by the tables near the pool. We messaged the property about whether we could get in early, a standard response about checkin and out times came back in the email and then the code for the apartment came to us early. Thanks

the stairs to the upstairs bedroom, we have never seen such steep stairs, felt like we were going backwards…. I guess we are elderly so it’s a big deal for us. The upstairs shower door had issues. Beware the switch on the wall that appears to do nothing turns the power off in your room and you dont charge your phones.

location was fine close to grocery and food location

Need to explain about the 2 stairway you had to climb..When I called they did not say there was stairs, cause I had a person in wheelchair. And the stairs in the condo was too steep for my young child, or even a elderly person.
