Really lovely friendly reception staff, always smiling and helpful and welcoming to the children as well.
Plenty of towels in the room, very spacious bathroom.
The beds were very comfy
Housekeeping was very thorough, the room was very clean every day we returned.
Good location, a little bit on the outskirts but very easy to get to the airport and we did still walk to everywhere from the hotel. It's well connected with the metro too.
It's a bit too small to be called apartments. The kitchen was sparsely filled and there was no washing up liquid which made us worry about how clean the crockery and cutlery was to use for ourselves.
The air con didn't work so the room was extremely hot, and we stayed in October! So wouldn't fancy it in the heat of summer! The heat did make it quite uncomfortable for us unfortunately.
It was disappointing that the pool was shut. This was noted at the time of booking, but just disappointing in general that it wasn't able to be used.
Would also have been nice to have a kettle in the room.

Friendly staff, very helpful! Location is perfect, close to Metro. Room is great with a bedroom and separate sitting area which you can turn into another bedroom. It has kitchenette.

The apartment itself was clean and beautiful

Staff were friendly and location is great ( just right by the metro station) and is located in a very nice area.
Maintenance: There was an issue with the toilet, as the flushing mechanism was not working. Unfortunately, there was no maintenance staff on site, and we had to wait until the following day for it to be addressed, which was quite inconvenient.
Noise from neighboring units also disturbed our sleep during the stay.
Additionally, our bathroom had a direct view of the housekeeping closet, which felt somewhat unusual. The main view from the unit overlooked the back of the building and was not particularly pleasant, although it was at least very quiet.
The twin beds were also quite small.
