Breakfast was very good. Had a variety of choices and service was excellent. We had a top floor bedroom in the back building. It was quiet and private. Sitting area behind the bar was very comfortable to use after a tired day of touring. We enjoyed the lime water and surprised pastries upon return to the hotel. The hotel location was within walking distance to most attractions, restaurants, river boat cruise and public transportation.
Having to going up and down some stairs at the front entrance as well as down the stairs to the back 2nd building with our luggages was difficult especially when you are seniors. But it was a relief to find we can exit through the back gate on the ground level without the stairs toward the front building when we checked out and having the option of the taxi picking us up from the back alleyway.

Very well located in the old town on the canal, close to all the attractions. Rooms well appointed with coffee machine and very clean. Pool is a bonus in the hot weather.
