The convenient location for travelling by car and the excellent access to the metro. The hotel itself was pleasant, particularly the reception area, which had a lovely fresh smell. Most of the reception staff were friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the complimentary water in the minibar.
Room: The room was clean and comfortable, although we were disappointed to find two separate beds despite specifically requesting one double bed. It was a standard room and could benefit from some updating. We did appreciate the two complimentary bottles of water in the minibar.
Breakfast: We didn't have breakfast as it was €13 per person per night, which we felt was quite expensive.
Location: Convenient if travelling by car, with parking available for €17 per day. We chose to use it as we had a rental car and wanted to leave it somewhere secure. The metro is about a five-minute walk away and takes you into the city centre in just a few stops. The surrounding area is mainly a financial district, so it was very quiet at the weekend, with many shops, bars and restaurants closed, especially on Sunday. The area immediately around the hotel also looks somewhat rundown.
The room could do with an update, and we were disappointed that our request for a double bed wasn't met. Breakfast and parking were also quite expensive. We also found the surrounding area rather rundown and very quiet at the weekend. Finally, although most receptionists were helpful, we found the advice about local transport and attractions, such as how to reach Pompeii, quite vague and not particularly useful. We expected more practical local knowledge from hotel staff.

The location was good. It was quiet and away from the bustle and noise of other areas. Had metro station near and the main train station is walkable.
It only has a lift and no internal staircase, therefore there is no alternative but to wait for the lift at busy times, which can be quite some time.
Quality of breakfast could be better.
