房間寬敞乾淨，裸湯很棒！
房間整理太慢，對連住者不便。飲水機也離我好遠，加次水要走很久。早餐也是一般般。

房內濕度、溫度、清潔以及寢具的選擇都很好！
並提前依照入住旅客的年齡，提供相應的用品，讓人感到貼心！服務人員有禮、耐心，會專心一對一處理狀況，不會中途分心處理別的事情，讓人有受到重視的感覺。B1有星巴克！且B1商店有販售L號幼童尿布，超體貼！
大眾溫泉區部分池水有多數落葉與樹枝，有些則是池底踩到樹枝，希望可以盡量稍加改善。B1櫃檯旁的投幣式按摩椅看起來疏於養護，這樣短暫快速放鬆的寶物，希望能改善。
