這次因為生日關係，到萬豪飯店入住，原本ㄧ切都是這麼美好，但是想去健身房看看時，服務員態度很差，一直跟前跟後，還叫我們要換體育褲才能使用，但是我和他說，我們只是先來看看而已，並沒有要使用器具，但是服務人員態度真的不是很好，讓這次的旅遊留下一些

=== About Room 1808 - Pillows were not supportive enough. Harder pillows were all taken. (2023/08/26 night) - No place (near entrance) to sit for changing personal shoes to room slippers - Air conditioner seems not tunable. (set 27degC but actually 24degC even overnight) === About Executive Lounge - Some seats are so cold because they are under the outlet of air conditioner.

No mini bar, small snacks, utensils, or bottle opener in the room? (We asked housekeeping for the last 2 and some extra water though, and they helped us out with those right away)

Breakfast was ok . Location was great and very convenient to get around . Close to the malls and the train station.

There were cover charges for drinks at the Roof top bar - I think the charges should not apply to hotel guests. We had to pay for wifi which i thought was ridiculous considering all hotels have free wifi. There wasn't much choice of restaurants and food in the hotel - for a 5 star hotel i was expecting a bit more. But overall the rooms were big and beds were comfy . The Sky 19 spa was really good and would def recommend it.

Relax and easy to get around. The surroundings is very well maintained and clean.

The location of the hotel is in front of a bank which made money exchange easy. The shopping mall with quite a selection of restaurant choices was a plus. The MTR was near. It was easy to get around the different cities without depending on Taxi.

The staff was friendly, the room was very nice and the breakfast was great

The restaurant Inge’s Bar was somewhat disappointing when they overcooked the steak. While the steak was replaced, it took over 20 minutes by which time my partner already finished her steak.

Hardware is good but not services provided by staffs.

The room is really clean, comfortable and spacious . The gym is with a spectacular panorama.

No bath products around the bath, need to call the reception. They will come to your room and remove the shower gel battle which was fixed in the shower box. Cleaning lady was eager to clean the room even I mentioned that someone was still sleeping The staffs didn’t know how many stars the hotel is. No restaurants available for the arrival guests if you don’t make a reservation at least 2 days before and the popular restaurant needs one month in advance

1. front desk was unable to accommodate our requests 2. front desk did not allow me to upgrade my booking to include breakfast 3. there was constant thumping and crashing noises in our room because of the gym upstairs
