A Fantastic Hotel Experience: Clean, Comfy, and Friendly First, the hotel is quite new and immaculately clean. From the lobby to the rooms, everything is kept fresh. You'll feel instantly refreshed upon arrival. Speaking of rooms, they are tidy and spacious, providing a comfortable space to relax and get a good night's sleep. You'll find everything you need for a peaceful stay. The breakfast experience is great. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the food is delicious. It's the perfect way to start your day feeling content and satisfied. But what really sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. They offer assistance with restaurant reservations and directions, making your daily outings stress-free!! To make things even more special, the hotel surprised us with a birthday celebration for our friend on our first night. It was a lovely gesture that made our stay even more memorable. In conclusion, if you're looking for a clean, comfortable and trendy hotel with friendly and attentive service, this is the place for you. We are grateful for our experience and can't wait to come back again.

An overall great stay!

A great selection for breakfast and amazing other restaurants to explore within the premises. Staff were very friendly and kind, also helpful when needed assistance.

Not much to complain about to be honest, there was just 1 time (within the 6 nights) that a used coffee mug was not replaced with a new one so we only had 1 clean cup that night. But other than that 1x occurrence, nothing to complain about!

Location is great.

The service was great especially with the service manager Kenny, I had a little surgery done and needed to ice it and he was really helpful of getting the ice cube for me.

No room service during Monday and Tuesday, and there was a construction going on next door so was a little bit noise. No bathrobe in the bathroom.

Nice comfortable stay but not so conducive for business travelers.

The room is clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is nearby the mall and MRT. The staff are friendly. The breakfast is also good.

The Wi-Fi can only work with my phone but not with my laptop. I have used my laptop to connect to many different public Wi-Fi and hotel networks without any problem. There is no suitable working place for me in the room and if there is a clock to help me to keep track of time would be helpful.

the price is the same as five star like nearby Marriott …but the room facility and the quality look old and do not meet the price they charge …drinks, food unfortunately are also limited

A very comfortable and healthy 7-day quarantine stay! :-)

I LOVED everything about my stay especially the food! They were not only delicious but were also so well designed to ensure you get a balanced diet. The size of the room is also just right, large enough for a yoga map for my in-room exercise. The big window view also helps especially when you weren't allow to leave the room during the quarantine period.

Unable to watch YouTube, Netflix etc on TV, or play music. To the hotel's credit, they did include extra HDMI cable in the room but unfortunately, my PC doesn't have the needed connector to connect.
