Lovely very comfortable hotel. Really nice pool which opened at certain times during the day. Location was very near an MRT and a mall with a big ferris wheel which was great for children.
Breakfast let it down slightly. Had to ask a few times for staff to fill up things at breakfast and boiled eggs weren't kept warm. The stopper on the bath wasn't working properly and the chair in the room was broken. Id still recommend it though especially if you want a hotel with a pool

To be honest not the best experience from the check-in to misleading “Fine Print” when booking, I will not be coming back to this hotel.
Two major things irritated me
1 - the wording on booking was payment would be taken at check-in, but the “fine print” several pages down the booking page differed and my card was debited before I checked in, definitely misleading !
2 - Pool is closed from 11am to 4pm every day w no real reason. It’s 33 degrees Celcius outside, seriously ? I booked because it had a pool, but not one closed majority of daylight.
