Enjoyed our time immensely. The breakfast was refined, beautifully presented, and varied. The hotel was generous with amenities like afternoon snacks, evening happy hour, snacks and drinks in room, and face masks. The in room bath was beautiful stone and large. The public bath space was a little small but very clean and also had generous free snacks like apples, milk, and pokari sweat.

Facilities quite new and very clean, staff very friendly and helpful, a must stay at Xin Beitou if you have children, as children are not allowed to enter public onsen at lvl 1, but they can enjoy the private one within the room. We all enjoyed the facilities there!!! Thanks to the staffs and hotel!!!!
