Amazing Ryokan, excellent staff.

Amazing food, different menu for two nights. Excellent service from staff. A more traditional Ryokan.

Private spa could use a little update as the walls seemed to be cracking. A better outdoor view would be nicer for the spas.

10 / 10

Arima Onsen is a great locale to relax and unwind. A perfect decompression stop after a week in Tokyo.

This was the best stay of our Japan holiday. Staff were polite and attentive. Ryokan was clean and attended to all our needs. The in-house dinner was excellent.

Pricing seems a bit high

Amazing stay, a beautiful place to send a night

Great location, amazing staff and relaxing onsen

We can't wait to visit again soon!!

We absolutely LOVED the private, outdoor bath in our room! It was so beautiful and peaceful, I can not wait to return again! We also loved the option of the private onsen with kinsen water - its was so relaxing. We wish we could have stayed here for our entire trip!

There was nothing we didn't like! The facilities are not brand new, but that didn't bother us at all. We were so happy to be welcomed at Negiya Ryofukaku, what an exceptional experience. We can't wait to visit again soon!
