The hostess was kind, helpful, and very attentive. She made us an hour 5 year old feel welcome.
The most direct path to the hotel involves three long sets of stairs from the station. Luckily I was recommended to take the longer walk around to the east pathway which did not involve stairs but a gradual slope.

Great location, read the other comments regarding access to the property by the stairs, if you walk up the little street nearby to an old red letterbox and turn left you can reach the property without climbing the stairs.

The hotel is quite basic, but the service for price ratio is incredible. It can't really get better. The room is quite large, clean, 4 confortable beds, and the facilities are new and well organized. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The hotel is near a train line, so the trains are passing every 10 minutes and it makes a bit of noise. But that didn't prevent me from sleeping.

The hotel was very clean and well managed. Beautiful grounds. The room was large and spacious. The food was an interesting mix of Japanese and Chinese.
The wi-if signal was incredibly weak in the room. I was unable to join the wi-fi network. The downstairs room was a bit dark, with very little natural light. I would have liked a little more explanation about the hotel features - such as using the patio area.
