The entire experience of this hotel is amazing. The staff are nice, polite, and accommodating. They also communicate really well. The hotel itself is clean and spacious, the rooms were cozy and inviting. The onsens were relaxing and made me sleep the whole day. Perfect after spending a week rushing through Tokyo and prepared me for the second leg of the trip.

The layout of the room I booked was a bit strange. The toilet has a sink inside but the main sink is across the room so you kind of have to split your toiletries across two places. The shower was also outdoor because I had an outdoor onsen which worked for me when I was going for a dip but wouldn't be as nice if I was just showering to shower.

A very relaxing stay. Never been so happy to just stay in the room. Our room was spacious and the private outdoor bath was truly special. Traditional Japanese breakfast is exceptional.

Nothing.
