Nice hotel with onsen facility

Onsen facility was good. Quiet and secluded hotel. 10 walk to Arima Onsen - Mt. Rokko cable car.

Old hotel but ok

7 / 10

Very comfortable, good size room(western + tatami area on 6th floor) and large onsen.

Nice breakfast selection. Hotel located on a hill but close enough to walk to town centre. Would be challenging for the elderly or those with heavy luggage

Rolls and croissants but no sliced bread. Pool fee too expensive-¥2400

7 / 10

A pleasant stay with relaxing onsen and good breakfast in a quiet location.

The location is peaceful and within walking distance to Arima Onsen town. The breakfast was satisfying with both Japanese and Western options, and the hot spring baths were relaxing.

The hotel feels a little dated, and some areas could use renovation. The staff’s English support was limited, which made communication a bit challenging.

2 / 10

Well i love my grandchildren and they are very active so they enjoyed the dress up photo corner and played at the lobby

It’s old and the swimming pool and onsen are worn out. And we have to pay extra for that very small swimming pool that looks like scary the tiles are broken. The room has cockroaches and the sliding doors are broken and it seems like a ghost is present no coffee shop or restaurant during the day. The buffet breakfast is expensive if you are not a rice person and for children.
