A very good selection of breakfast food and drinks was provided but all of it was self service....this was flagged at time of booking.

This B&B is very well located for visiting Inverness, being very close to the footbridge over the river in the centre. All the facilities were good and breakfast was a good continental (if not quite the full Scottish we were given elsewhere). The street was quiet so we slept well.
It was strange not to meet our hosts and to have to manage various coded doors to get in and out. We managed to park outside, but if not we might have been parked some way away.

Very good location, the city center is absolutely near. Parking is easy with the permit provided by the hotel.
The place is overpriced. Breakfast (not a very wide choice continental, only one kind of cheese, one kind of meat) is 7 to 9. We were there at 8.30, all the cheese but one slice was gone, the host was nowhere near to replace it.
