Very helpful on reception, lots of good useful advice regarding local area and transport links.
Location wasn’t brilliant , lots of rough sleepers outside the apartments.

It is located near the beach, in an area with many restaurants and grocery stores. A bus stop is right nearby, with lines running to the city center. The apartment is very well-equipped. Even though
the apartment faced
the street, it wasn't noisy. The staff is very friendly! I would definitely come back!
There is room for improvement regarding cleanliness.

Location layout was good. Comfy beds. Love the big mirrors, tv, sofa , washing machine was great. V helpful. .
Blocked drains , homeless people at reception , dirty pavement at reception . Bins outside reception . Extractor fan didn’t work. Would have been useful. Toaster was crap as it Didn’t really work . Lifts were too hot as no fan which made it feel too hot and No air . No bedding for sofa bed , not enough plugs in kitchen needs more or a multi adapter. Needed a door mat so I bought one
