Absolutely nothing!

Room clean and comfortable with good facilities
Location brilliant for exploring Knaresborough
Staff friendly
States they have arrangements for parking. Not the case, on arrival, we were told certain street parking is free after 6pm, or there's an overnight carpark.
You have to arrange your own parking. Would have been good to know prior

Literally next to the station and very close walking distance to all the main sites. The staff were very friendly and were happy to give suggestions on places to eat and see. Room was very comfortable and clean
The only issue was a little bit of confusion on where to leave your luggage. Staff aren’t usually in until 11am and check out it around 10.30am, so if you’re popping out earlier than that on check out day make sure you double check with staff where to leave your luggage
