The staff is amazing, specially Tadeus who helped me with some issues due to an accident i had outside the property.
There’s nobody at the reception at night. I tried to contact them but they read my message the next morning. However, everything went well at the end.

It is located in a very quiet area and is close to a metro station; the rooms have all the amenities, and although I shared a bathroom, one was always available.

The very friendly and helpful staff keep the facilities very clean, which is imperative when sharing a bathroom with others.
Although this is not the responsibility of the staff, my very small room has a window looking at a wall. If you are sensitive to small spaces, ask about a larger room or a room with a window.
