Clean room nice staff good price for breakfsst

The hotel was great and the staff was wonderful We loved everything about our stay at the hotel. The location is perfect and not too far from the shops and restaurants. Everyone was very friendly and very helpful, we were able to keep our luggage at the hotel until we were able to check in. Breakfast was very delicious. I loved the fresh fruit, delicious meat cheese and baked breads that was available. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

The room was clean The staff was very nice The location was perfect, very close to Gran Via Street which is a very long Street in Barcelona 👍 also many options for food and dining Also there is a cafe across the hotel street they offer you very yummy breakfast 😍👌 But when we used to go to our room, there was a kind of a smell in the hallway up near our room! Not a nice smell ! Also I called the hotel one week before my reservation date and asked to add another room to my reservation for one person and it was only one night, they gave me an email and said send us an email so we can answer you. They did answer saying we don’t have extra room for you! And at the same time I messaged the property through the app Expedia that I made my original reservation with asking the same question which they said yes we have extra room but after that they didn’t confirm that extra room is booked for me !! So I couldn’t depend on canceling my other hotel reservation. When I came to the hotel the staff told me you can get the extra room but it was too late to change the other hotel booking. So please You need to give your communications with customers more concerns especially for customers coming from outside of Barcelona Thank you

Great location due to proximity to metro. Lots of nearby cafes/ restaurants. Helpful staff. Clean room. Would stay again.
