Breakfast was very good. Paula was very accommodating when we wanted anything not on the menu. Overall Ray and Paula couldn't have done anymore to make our stay more enjoyable.
The bed was a little bit hard but this is a personal choice and not their fault.

We arrived as guests, we left as valued friends. The owners, Paula & Ray made us so welcome. The room was spacious, immaculately clean and the bed was very comfortable. The en suite was lovely with a powerful shower. Everything you can think you need has been provided by the team.
The area is close to Torre Abbey, the gardens and the seafront yet is situated in a quiet and peaceful area, with bus stops situated nearby if you dont feel like a short walk. Car parking is possible at the front of Grosvenor House
Breakfast was scrumptious with local produce to the fore, and includes a full English or continental breakfast, and you can have alternatives like avocado on sourdough with poached eggs, kippers and omelettes all included in the room rate. The small team are attentive and so accommodating.
If you are looking for 5 star service and comfort without the huge price tag you won't go wrong booking Grosvenor House.
Nothing to dislike at all.
