Very clean ,Debbie and Denise are lovely host and everything seems to be run very smoothly.Breakfast was the best iv had in any b&b and plenty of choice. Near to the harbour front with all restaurants and bars ,about 10 minutes walk And literally 5 minute walk to train station.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sandpiper Guest House. The facilities were exceptionally clean and comfortable, and our room was amazing - it looked freshly decorated and was very comfortable throughout our stay.
Debbie and Denise were both friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful, which made us feel right at home. We also loved the breakfast options, with plenty of choice and excellent accommodation for vegan requirements too.
The guest house is in a lovely, quiet location, making it a very peaceful place to stay. It’s just a nice short walk into the centre of Torquay and also conveniently close to the train station, which was a real bonus.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend Sandpiper Guest House. A lovely place with fantastic hosts, comfortable rooms and a great location.
The only minor downside was that the internet connection in our room wasn’t always stable. However, this wasn’t a major issue for us, and we had no problems at all when using the Wi-Fi in the communal lounge.

Free parking and a clean room with a view towards the sea. Beds are comfortable and extra throws available if necessary. Decent breakfast with some standard options. Walking distance to beach walk and outdoor activities.
Heating turned off at night, plus cold draft from poorly insulated windows made the room freezing at lower outside temperatures. Noted and will be looked at by staff.
