About this condo rental
Situated in Sunset Beach, this attractive condo for $270 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. We offer beautiful beach front views access of the Gulf. You can see and hear the waves splashing on the beach. We have beautiful sea birds, parrots, and dolphins to watch form our private deck and from our beautiful white sandy beach. This unit is on 2nd floor facing the beach. Please note that we do not rent the 2nd level to families with children. We have a ground floor that families with children can reserve. VRBO ID # 1099077. You can walk 2 to 3 miles in each direction for those who like to enjoy quiet and beautiful walks. Or you can sit in the sun or shade to read or just relax in the sun. We also have a garden patio that overlooks the beach. It is great for relaxing, sitting under the shade tree, watching beach goers, and observing the wonderful sunsets we are so famous for. Located centrally to a vacationer's delight. Restaurants and night life within walking distance. Tampa International Airport as well as Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, Hard Rock Cafe, Channel Side and the Florida Aquarium are only 30 minutes away. We are located just 90 minutes away from Orlando's Disney World, Epcot, MGM, Sea World, and Universal Studios. Sports fans - we are only a few minutes away from Tropicana Field as well as 30 minutes from Tampa Stadium and the Ice Palace and Tampa's historic Ybor City for dining and shopping. Beach trolley for those who do not drive. We have churches, supermarkets, drugstores, fine dining, and night life all within walking distance. At historic John's Pass, only two and one-half miles away, you will find gourmet restaurants, deep-sea fishing, shopping, and day cruises. Only a short 15-minute drive to downtown Saint Petersburg for a day at the pier and shopping. The famous Sunshine Sky-way Bridge is within 15 minutes. Central air conditioning, TV, cable TV, VCR, full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, cooking utensils provided, linens provided, washer, dryer, charcoal grill (BBQ), non-smoking, private deck, patio with picnic tables. Everything about this property was conducive to relaxation. From the living room to the deck to the table and chairs under the pines. Even when it was too hot for me to be outdoors, I could sit by the sliding glass doors and enjoy all of the beauty of the beach and the Gulf in the comfort of an air-conditioned room. The kitchen was well equipped and had plenty of space for meal prep.

If you're looking for a cozy, amazing place to stay literal steps away from the beach, this is the place. We had an absolutely fantastic stay. Jo Ann is a great communicator and we had no issues during our stay. Highly recommend for a couple looking to get away. Also, very quiet area for how busy Treasure Island can be at times.

Beachfront location was great, the deck is fabulous. Property leaves a little to be desired. Somewhat clean when we arrived and bare minimums are covered. I've never rented on the beach that didn't have any beach equipment and only offered 2 towels. Although it was minimally equipped it was adequate for 2 people. We were also surprised that there was no parking available in the vicinity without paying for public parking and walking from there. A few huge pluses were washer and dryer in unit, shower outside to wash off sand, broom and dustpan available to clean up sand that does get inside.

There is no view as beautiful and relaxed as this property. You can sit on your spacious deck and be just feet from the white sand. There are also trees to shade you when the sun gets hot. The inside definitely needs a facelift but was adequate for a month stay. Communication with the owner was stellar and she was very personable.

Everything we needed was there. I mean everything, towels beach, towels and chairs. You are beach front. There is 2 trees in the back you can use for shade when it gets really hot and you need a break from the sun.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was great waking up with a cup of coffee just listening to the waves hit the beach from the deck. This beautiful & peaceful property is just steps from the water. We hope to be back again!

This vacation rental is right on the beach. We loved the views from the second story deck and enjoyed them in the morning and at night.
The beach is our favorite and the trees at the edge of the property provide excellent shade if desired.
The owners are very accessible and communicated with us very easily.
This is one of our favorite beaches and we loved our stay!

Not the fanciest place in the world, but very laid back, perfect for a relaxing getaway. This unit is only accessible by a semi-steep set of stairs, so be aware when booking, but it is well worth the walk up! The only thing that would make this unit better is if there were stairs from the porch directly to the garden. Certainly not a deal breaker though, as the view makes up for it. Wonderful communication from the host as well. Thank you, JoAnn, for a great place to spend a weekend! So glad we found this listing.
