We had an amazing holiday.
Spacious apartment. Amazing views. Ideal location for city centre and beach locations.
Kitchen and bathrooms need updating.

Stunning view
The apartment sells itself on the view, and that view really is stunning. Plus there is a huge Gulliver's Travels-themed playground just next door. So the location is great. Parking was tight, but our car is huge, and we managed to get into the oddly-angled spot. The apartment isn't as shiny and new as it seems in the pictures, so soon will need a refurbish, but it's still a perfectly nice place. The person who checked us in was very friendly, helpful and responsive.

Wasted a lot of time on arrival
Spacious 3 bedder; Location is good...
... but agent tried to call my overseas phone to arrange for key collection. The call did not get thro. When arrived at the given expected arrival time at the given address, agent was nowhere to be seen. Called the agent via a 3rd party to find that he was not available for another 40 min to bring us to the apartment. Needs better communications on arrival arrangements, especially for overseas guests. Water taps spray, hand towel holder broken, etc. Simple maintenance goes a long way

Good communication from Nacho. The apartment was well located between the old town and the coast with good road links.

Good apartment, value for money but missing a few basics
Stunning view from balcony. Bus stop right outside the apartment block. Lovely furnishings in lounge.
Bathrooms need a facelift but they are functional. Kitchen was missing a toaster - essential for breakfast. In the main bedroom the bed was very creaky so disturbed our sleep.

Exceptional
Apartment with best view for my entire trip, as an architectural lover, unblocked views of the arts and science complex is great, and the morning and evening views are stunning. Nice balcony to hang out and chill. We found several good restaurants in Valencia and I would highly recommend Rausell(need reservations), Pasion Mediterranea and Ostras Pedrin Valencia which are just behind El Corte Ingels in city centre.
The only con is that this location is not walking distance to city centre but the buses provide a quick connection. We rented a car to go Xativa and parking was relatively easy on the park side in front of apartment (free parking). So actually the location is still good. Everyone would visit the arts and science complex so it’s a good place to stay.
