This is a lovely place to stay. It’s kind of half way between the beach and the town, which is not easy walking for all, but they have regular buses and if not it’s a quick ride in a taxi. We had beautiful views from our hotel room, and it was very comfortable and clean. The hosts were very polite and helpful at all times. Plenty of free parking on site.

The pool was lovely and peaceful. Gianna who checked us in was super friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean with a very nice welcome pack. The balconies were beautiful and large with beautiful views of Isola Bella.
The dishwasher did not work during our stay but they did offer for someone to come and do the dishes. The location was a little out of town but we did find a walking path which didn’t impact us too much.

Very good reception and cleaning staff; welcoming food parcel; great location (but needs a car to get anywhere); parking; swimming pool ideal for 9 year old; well appointed apartment with effective AirCon; great sea view balcony; Gianni and Rudy on Reception were simpatico and very helpful.

Lots to like, great view, nice pool, staff excellent. Kids loved hot tubs.
Location isn’t great, tough to get cabs and a very uphill walk including some hairy stairs into town. Building is cheaply built, you hear all your neighbours, decor is fine but ikea type and lacking personality. No breakfast (apart from €30 each person shop bought - we did once), which means you are isolated.
