The 2 or 3 bed rooms are basic but the property has a lovely garden with a good outdoor kitchen. It was very convenient for getting from Sofia airport and for visiting the Rila mountains. There is a supermarket nearby. The host was very helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Guest House KEMO in Sapareva Banya. The conditions in the house are excellent – everything is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The prices are absolutely great and even feel low for the quality of service you receive.
The host, Bobby, is truly amazing – very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. He makes sure you feel at home and assists with everything you need, whether it’s finding your way around the region, arranging a taxi, or giving useful local tips. His hospitality really made my stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, the guest house offers perfect conditions, excellent cleanliness, and outstanding value for money. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapareva Banya.

Very nice stay, close to Rila Mountains. Very hospitable and helpful owner who helped us with everything that we needed, includinga plug to charge our electric vehicle.
