It has an open floor plan with a free standing island where you can food prep as well as gather for meals. Stylish stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops make this vacation destination an easy choice. The luxury vinyl floor is not only beautiful, but easy to clean and soft on your feet. With the option of lounging on the two porches, you can decide to stay in or out of the sun. The dining table on the front porch seats 6 people, perfect for coffee and meals outside. Located on the first floor with a few steps, set in a cozy 4 unit home. Master bedroom has a queen size bed, en-suite bath & porch access; spacious second bedroom with a bunk bed (top bunk is a twin size bed, bottom bunk is a full size bed) + pull out trundle (third bed is a twin bed) & much more! Quick Facts: • NO PETS ALLOWED. Amazing Home
We spent a week in this home and it was absolutely fantastic!! The layout of the house is beautiful and very homey, the location is amazing, there is a short proximity to grocery stores, bus stop, and all sorts of fun places as well as the beach. The owners are also super nice and get back to you with any problem you have. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place in OC Maryland.

Our Winds August 2019
We had such a great time in ocean city and at the “Our Winds” condo. The condo needs a little TLC but it was prefect for us and what we needed!!! The location was great!! Very close to the beach and what we needed but out of the way to the craziness downtown.

Great Long Weekend Getaway
The property looks in need of a coat of paint from the outside. The banister on apartment number two where we stayed could you use a few screws to secure it up. Other than that, very pleasantly surprised when we went inside. Plenty spacious enough for five of us. No problems with water staying hot even with all of showering! The back bedroom air conditioner needs replaced. It ran too loudly to use overnight. Garbage tote outside was nice and close. Great walking location to stores, the bus stop, and the beach. Owners were very prompt on text when I forgot about the trundle bed and thought we didn’t have enough. All in all, great trip for a great price. Thank you!

Nice and Quaint Perfect Location!
This was our first time NOT USING a hotel while on vacation. I must say, WE liked it better than staying in a hotel! There are some minor cosmetic repairs in the apt but overall, the set up was the perfect size for us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The bed in the master needs to be replaced though. Soon as you SIT on the bed, it makes noise and the mattress was not comfortable. So for light sleepers such as myself, I was awakened which meant not much rest 😫�. My husband and I are both tall so fitting in a full sized bed was challenging! 🤣� There is no television in the second bedroom which was a little disappointing for the kids. The location is DEFINITELY surrounded by eateries, grocery store, coffee, ice cream etc. Being steps away from the beach WAS PERFECT! There were sand buckets and a shovel for the beach that the kids used. There's a hose on the side of the house to help get that annoying sand off. THAT WAS FUN! The boardwalk is not too far. We drove a short distance there and the kids had a great time. Unfortunately, we had rain on our last day there, so entertainment indoors was put in hold as DirecTV doesn't do well in bad weather and there weren't many channels to chose from. Coming to Ocean City is going to be our annual mini vacation spot. I would definitely stay again and invite others in my family to rent out the other 3 units. This way, we can all be together and not be in each other's way! 🤣�

This property was perfect for our young family - plenty of space and short walk to the beach!
The process of renting this property was very easy and the owner was polite and responsive to all of my inquiries. The rental was larger than I expected, which was a wonderful surprise and our young family of three was more than comfortable in the space. With a short walk to the beach and close proximity to stores, restaurants and mini golf, this place was just perfect for our mini week vacation.

Had an enjoyable vacation at Our Winds. Everything we needed was in walking distance; and loved the ambiance of the rental. Have been coming here since the early 2000s. The place from the pics looks great but once there it looked like a crack house as my son called it
The house was in poor condition took tooNy pics of all that was wrong. Owner offered a total refund but on the 4th of July and driving far where in the heck would we go. Everything in every room was broken or tilea cracked paneling was pushed in holes on walls and ceilings. Air conditioning loud noises it would make back door even locked would open. The shower outside was a hose. Dirty dishes left in dishwasher. Toilet seats And toilet paper holder broken towel hooks off back of door. Ceilings fan blades one missing on fan.no remote in back bedroom door tv. Found piss ants everywhere. Found sandels under bed and things under couch. Very dirty for claiming cleaning service
In witch the people who stay there are the cleaning crew. And the banister out on front porch not stable at all. Was afraid it wld collapse. And furniture inside and out broken. I know not everything would be ok but this is absolutely insanitary. Unsafe
Place to stay. Infact would not recommend this place to anyone. Very dissappointed. And embarrassed that I booked it.

Alright, not the best place we've stayed
The place was alright, the location was the best part. It was in walking distance to the beach, as well as ice cream shops, fractured prune, etc. The back bedroom with the full size bed had a window AC unit at the head of the bed, which was VERY loud when the compressor ran. We were unable to sleep in that room because of it. We also had a hot water problem in half the house.. the kitchen and one bathroom didn't have hot water, but the back shower did. I emailed the owner with no response. The kitchen had enough to get by, no measuring cups but enough supplies to cook. The place was clean and worked fine for a long weekend.

August 2015: Very Worn But We Still Had Fun
I stayed with friends at this condo in August of 2015. I was very disappointed about many aspects of the condo. First, the sofa bed was completely broken. It took almost 20 minutes to get it out. When we did, bed had collapsed in some places and the springs were sticking out. Both the sofa and its bed were dirty and stained. The bedroom (closer to kitchen) door did not fully close, and our outside shower was not working when we arrive. Parts of the house seemed dirty. The beds were somewhat dirty. In the bedroom closest to the back porch, there were brown spots all over the mattress cover. The cookware and appliances were worn with scratches and spots all over, and the blender had mold in it.
Overall, the pictures on this site are no longer accurate for this condo. Although it may have looked like this some years ago, the condo is much more worn and aged than it seems online. I believe that it needs to be renovated.
I will say that the marketing specialist for the realtors, Ms. Akiosi, was very helpful with the issues of the sofa bed and the shower. I was able to contact her very easily and she was exceptionally helpful when we had to buy an air mattress in order to replace the sofa bed. In the end the realtors also returned 10% of the total because of these issues.

I had a lot of cleaning to do
I was very disappointed when I arrived. Air conditioner in master bedroom was broken .back door lock was broken so door could not be opened.there was trash on the back porch . There were flies in the kitchen. When I made the bed I noticed hair ties on the floor. Making me believe there was not a thorough cleaning. I even had to clean the kitchen trash can . It was close to the beach and bus stop so that was a plus. But I would not return here .i paid for a week and was there for 5 days.

I don't leave reviews often, but I totally loved this place! My stay at Our Winds was very tranquil the rooms are all a nice size and the condo was really clean! The owners were very professional and the area was very quiet. We spent a lot time at the beach and it was reassuring to know that when we came back to rest that our surroundings were quiet. I will totally return next year! This place was fantastic!

Just OK
The reason I chose this house is because my son has severe asthma. I need a clean home. The home was described as extremely clean.... well I spent the first day cleaning the entire house. A black film of dust was on things that obviously has not been touched in awhile. Our feet were black from the throw rugs. I do feel that the pictures were misleading. A back porch was advertised~ it is down right dangerous!!! Spindles missing and rusty nails sticking up. This house has a lot of potential ~ its size is great , and the tile floor is beautiful. I would however never stay there again nor would I recommend this home to a friend.

This place is great, right near the beach, close to restaurants, grocery stores, bars, etc. Bus stop across the street takes you anywhere in OCMD for cheap. Condo was in great shape and fun to stay at. Will definitely keep in mind for future vacations!
