Located in Ventura, this attractive house for $295 per night is a great option for your next trip. Located only 10 houses from the sand, this recently remodeled, single-story beach bungalow has all the amenities for your relaxing vacation. Surrounded by a private garden and privacy fence on a quiet family-oriented beach lane, this classic beach house has a gourmet kitchen, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, disposal, coffeemaker, small appliances and filtered drinking water. The single-story open floor plan, skylights and white-washed hardwood floors create a light-and-airy, peaceful atmosphere. The combination living room/dining room/office has plenty of seating with an HD smart TV serviced by Cable. The master bedroom has a king bed and attached bath with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a new queen bed and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. This bedroom is served by an adjacent full bath with tub/shower combo. High speed WiFi is available throughout. The property has a 2-car carport and additional street parking in front of the house. Step out onto the private deck to relax in the sun and enjoy the panoramic mountain views and peek-a-boo view of the beach. The main deck is equipped with a fire pit, 4-chair patio set, umbrella, and various comfy chairs. The private back patio next to the kitchen has a gas BBQ and bistro table with chairs. The hot-and-cold outdoor shower is just steps away from the outside entrance into the 1/2 bath and laundry room, perfect for quick beach-to-house access without tracking sand. The property is not only within walking distance of the beautiful beach, but also to the quaint Pierpont shopping area offering dining, drinks, and yogurt, surf, and coffee shops. The shopping center just a few blocks away offers a large Vons supermarket, Donut shop, Starbucks, bike shop, running shop, laundry mat, etc. Walking and biking trails are available nearby, and don't miss the amazing sunsets and views of the Islands from the beach! We LOVED it here. The cottage has everything you might need inside and out. Super comfy and welcoming. The outdoor space is lovely to hang out in. Nice and private w/pretty garden plantings...and close enough to the beach that you can hear the waves.

This is a lovely house and we really enjoyed our stay! Two adults and three kids ages 3-8. The house is set up perfectly and the kitchen in particular had everything we needed to prepare meals for the adults and kids. Highly recommend!

The property is adorable. Laura has thought of every last detail. Kitchen is better stocked than most homes. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Beach right at the end of the block.

Laura is a great host and provided not only excellent real-time communication, but her instructions and agreements ticked all my boxes for things that make me feel secure and happy about renting from someone. Anyone who takes such good care for information and demonstrates reliability will get my business! Is this THE best rental I have ever stayed at? No…but I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Super clean space and easy to keep it that way. All the things you might want. We did not open shed to use any supplies there, but within the house there are more than ample needs met. The layout made it feel much larger than it is, and though we were only three adults, I could easily see up to six folks enjoying this space. The quick and easy access to a very quiet beach was super nice and what brings this home to the forefront. Late afternoon, early evening walks along the beach were fabulous. Proximity and ease of getting around the area make this home outstanding. Carport in the back lets one avoid the schoolchildren on the front facing street, and makes for a super private feeling and entrance. The exterior space is sweet, the interior, awesome - the color schemes are so relaxing and easy on the eyes. Thank you, Laura, for being such a great host!

My mother and I really enjoyed our stay at this beach house. The neighborhood is really quiet and cute, and the beach is just a block away. The house itself is very clean and has everything you could need for a perfect stay. We and our dogs loved sitting on the deck in the sun, as well as exploring the neighborhood (the little village of Pierpont and Marina Park - all walkable). The owner was easy to communicate with and she obviously takes great care of this beach house. Highly recommend!

Honestly, there was nothing not to like about this property. The grounds were lovely, the house was like new, warm water in the shower right away (I don't even have that in my own house), comfy beds, soft water, walking distance to beach. By far the nicest home we've rented.

This was a great beach house. Close to the beach with ample parking space. Very clean. Large living area and kitchen. Many items supplied to enjoy a fun day at the beach. A wonderful host was the icing on the cake. I would not hesitate to return!

We loved riding the provided beach cruisers in shed and taking them down to the marina park.
Time spent at the beach was just beautiful and so close! Not super overcrowded like most beaches. Loved having some of our family over at the house this Sunday for my husbands birthday. And spending time out on the beautiful deck with all the very well thought of plants and flowers.
Anyway, if your still on the fence about renting this getaway…Do yourself a favor and rent it! You won’t be sorry!!! Till next time cozy home…Adrienne 😉
