Though this getaway has a classic ranch exterior, this home is everything but quaint inside with high-end modern furnishings, wonderful mountain views through expansive windows, and contemporary finishes that will spoil even the most design-oriented guests. Start each day on the right note with a cup of coffee prepared in the gourmet kitchen and step out to the balcony through the living area and you will catch a glimpse of the blue waters of the Pacific Ocean. Plus, a private gas grill also awaits outside for casual cookouts accompanied by stunning sunsets. After a day at the beach, the culinary-inclined guests of the group will love hopping into the kitchen to curb appetites, as gorgeous countertops, brass finishings, eclectic tile along the backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and a gas range make this a chef's paradise. Plus, the rest of the gang can reminisce in the family room as a movie plays on the flatscreen TV. Everyone can spread out as well with the lower floor offering another lower balcony and living room complete with a plush sofa and flatscreen TV. Don't worry about sandy toes either, because this home has a private washer and dryer! THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guests' accounts. Age-appropriate toys are available for younger guests. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Security camera details: Please note that this home has active security cameras located at the front door, driveway, side of the house, and facing the mountain. We still have not heard back from anybody regarding our stay. The downstairs living room and bedroom had blown out electricity and our guest with a CPAP machine could not run his machine.. there are no window dressings on any of the windows anywhere, so absolutely ZERO privacy or ability to shut out sunlight.. the master bathroom has no curtains and shower can be seen from the street.. there were no washcloths or bath mats.. we tried repeatedly to get a hold of some kind of management ,I had even sent three emails prior to arrival asking questions no response... The home is in a beautiful location but that is about it. unless they get a handle on their management do not recommend this rental.

The view from this home is beautiful and very well appointed. We had plenty of towels, the kitchen was stocked nicely with plenty of pots, pans, mugs, cups, flatware etc. There's a wine fridge as well which is a nice added bonus. The fireplace is super easy to operate and did generate some heat which was great because it was a bit chilly during our stay. The Smart TV had all the apps that we needed and there is a nice IPad style Sonos wall unit that allowed us to have ambient music playing during our stay. The only negative thing about the home is that there is no wall coverings on any of the windows throughout the home, none at all. So there was no sleeping in and during the evening when we had the lights on, it felt like we were in a fish bowl for all to see. Overall we had a great time and we would stay here again in the future and hopefully they will install some sort of window coverings to allow for more privacy.
