Situated in Long Neck, this charming house for $217 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Enjoy the luxury of a end unit townhouse at Delaware's only 5 star resort, located on the Bay, with water views. Located approx. 8 miles from Rehoboth. The Peninsula has won numerous awards, and is described as simply spectacular. The townhouse boasts brand new stainless steel appliances, quality new furniture and gorgeous views. The facility offers something for everyone. Golfers will enjoy the Nicklaus designed course that nestles along the shores of the bay. Families love the wave pool, outdoor adult pool, hot tub, indoor pool, work-out facilities, and entertainment center for children. There are numerous nature trails for walking, and tranquil paths for biking. Take a walk to the fishing pier to catch the big one! Try your hand at crabbing! The community is gated with 24hr security. The homeowners at the Peninsula take extreme pride in the beauty of the land and buildings. The landscaping is breathtaking and the facilities kept in pristine condition. The staff is friendly and attentive to the needs of the guests. This townhouse is a short walk to the Lakeside Village (large wavepool with beach, Infinity outdoor pool, state of the art indoor pool, work-out/cardio facilities, locker room facilities, children's activities center, tennis courts, basketball courts). The Peninsula community offers miles of nature trails, biking trails, fishing pier, bay beach. The Peninsula is especially well suited for families. This bayside, gated community is a short drive from Rehoboth, Dewey and Ocean City. The Peninsula is located on the Bay. Townhouse is in walking distance to bayside beach. This resort is ideal for families that want to enjoy the beauty and fun of the beach, but without the hassle and worries. There is something for everyone in the family. The golf course has been described as the 'Pebble Beach of the East'. There is fishing and crabbing available, miles of nature trails, jogging and biking trails, gym, 24 hour guard house, restaurant, tennis courts, golf course, indoor heated pool, activity center, outdoor heated infinity pool and a wave pool that is truly remarkable. We think that the Peninsula is an especially perfect place for families with children, as they will never run out of activities, you will not hear, 'mom I'm bored'. The outlets are a short drive (about 6 miles). We are close to Assateque Island, Ocean City, Rehoboth and Dewey beach. There are multiple restaurants within several miles (and a great one on premise), upscale shopping a grocery stores are a stone's throw away. The Peninsula is located on over 800 acres of land surrounded by the Indian River Bay (inlet of Delaware Bay) and Lingo Creek. This was our first time staying in Delaware and the whole experience was perfect! The house was so comfortable and clean. Beautiful views from the back windows overlooking the pond and golf course. The best was the pools and amenities at the community. Everyone was really nice and helpful. The house was perfect for our small family. Can't wait to go back.

Wonderful corner townhouse unit at the Peninsula Golf club on Millsboro. The home had access to an awesome level of amenities inside the complex. Deena was a wonderful host. The only downside, which was not the owner’s fault, was the construction that was going on on the main road that takes you to the beach areas.

Deena’s townhouse was the perfect size for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. The primary bedroom being on the main floor allowed the family to have two distinct areas since two bedrooms are upstairs. We spent time on the back patio which overlooks a lovely pond watching golfers and a variety of birds including an eagle that visited one evening. The location is an easy walk to the Nature Center, a playground for the kids and a convenient walking path to the pools, tennis courts, mini golf, etc. Our family made use of the bikes and scooters in the garage as we explored the beautiful grounds of the resort. The check in was easy and the townhouse was spotless and ready for our arrival. There is convenient shopping nearby. The communication with our host, Deena, was great.

Was great for a quick getaway from PA to golf , and visit beaches. The peninsula had everything in store for my two college swimmers to continue training in the lap pool and weight room while we were there . The adult outdoor pool was fun on the 4th. If in the area in the future , we will definitely return .

The house was just as beautiful as the pictures and well stocked. It's in a very convenient location and the main amenities are only a short walk away. I will miss having my morning coffee on the patio while watching the golfers!

This property is perfectly located within The Peninsula and to explore Delaware beaches. We stayed at Deena’s for a quick getaway. Never really vacationing in Delaware, we weren’t sure what to expect. Her townhouse is well-equipped, clearly taken care of, and the view on the patio for morning coffee was my favorite spot. Access to the pickle ball and basketball courts and pools was convenient, just a few steps away from the walking path. I recommend checking out the nature trail to the fishing pier too. We loved that it was a brief drive to Rehoboth, Lewes, and the outlets for shopping, dining, and relaxing on the beach. This is an ideal home base. We would, hands-down, rent and stay here again.

Decided to take a trip down to Delaware for a couple of days with the boys. The Peninsula is a gorgeous location. Golf course was amazing but challenging. Club house was beautiful and had excellent food! Deena’s house was a perfect!! Love the view of the 10th Green! Very comfortable stay as well. Thanks!

Had a very nice stay at The Peninsula. It is mid November so we knew that we would not be able to fully enjoy the amenities. Our trip had us in the area for other reasons anyway. The home was as described and lovely. Plenty of space and beautiful views. Deena provided us with great information in a timely manner so we had an effortless stay. Would recommend this home for anyone that wants a taste of resort living in the best possible way.

This property is beautiful and looks out at the greens. It was very clean and had high quality linens. We loved all the space and the kids enjoyed their separate space with couch and tv upstairs. The home is exactly as discerned and a short walk to the pool. It’s a short drive to rehobeth beach and lewes and only an hour from assateague island which I would highly recommend. There is a grocery store at the end of the road and another down further near the gas stations so there are multiple options. We loved community feel and how bike friendly it was for the children. The community is beautiful with beautiful homes and manicured lawns. The bay has Adirondack chairs to sit and enjoy the sunset. Would definitely revisit.

Our stay at Deena’s place was everything we were looking for in a vacation rental!! The house was clean and looked exactly the same as the pictures on VRBO. The location of house was within walking & biking distance to Lakeside Village which was a plus since we spent most of our time there. Deena was nothing short of amazing - she was great with responding to every email, call and text. I would definitely recommend staying at her rental!

The house was beautiful and the people were very friendly.
Loved the house and the people were very friendly. The only problem was my granddaughter loves Daniel Tiger and it kept freezing. This also happened with the free movies. Other than that....it was perfect!!

Beautiful Property with many Amenities to enjoy
Beautiful Townhouse exactly as shown on VRBO. From the time of booking until end of stay it was very a very positive experience. Deena the owner is very accommodating, easy to work with & anytime I had a question she responded immediately either by text or phone. My 19 yr old granddaughter loved the athletic club , the outdoor adult pool, walking & biking around the beautiful Peninsula’s Ground she also enjoyed lunch served at the Terrace Restaurant by the pool.
Our younger grandchildren loved the wave pool, indoor pool & miniature golfing. I highly Recommend this Property for a Family Vacation, hope to return next year to create more memories

Everything was perfect. I returned home truly rested and relaxed. Stress free week. We have stayed in several homes in Peninsula. Nothing disappoints, however Deena’s home was exceptional. Amazing views, friendly neighbors, privacy and many extra comforts and perks. We hope to be staying at this home again!
