We had a great stay at the Cliffs. It was clean and provided necessities we needed during our stay! Thank you for the coffee! The only negative comment would be the friendliness of a staff member in the lobby. She came off a bit rude but besides that, we had a great time! However, the other lady staff member in the lobby was really nice! Mahalo:)

The room was perfect for our romantic stay in paradise. It fit our budget while allowing us to stay on the north shore in Princeville. Located close to shopping and restaurants and just a short drive to Hanalei. I would recommend staying here.

My wife and I spent one week at the Cliffs. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The room was clean and met our needs. The room has no air conditioning, the weather was pleasant so it wasn’t an issue. The frig is small and all dish cleaning has to be done in the bathroom sink. We prepared many of our meals in our room with grills conveniently located nearby. Overall we would recommend the Cliffs.

This place was absolutely perfect for our needs. I felt that they went above and beyond with communication. We also loved the anticipation of things we would need such as beach chairs, a cooler and umbrella. We can't wait to come back.

We are regular timeshare guest at the Cliffs and we’re looking to add an additional week. This option was affordable. The unit is clean. The room is west facing and got hot. No ability for a cross breeze. We also like to prepare our own meals. The coffee bar was a challenge but we made it work. We were content with the location but I would not recommend for a long stay unless you are with a larger group and just needed an extra room.

My wife and I ended up loving Princeville. Very quite and extremely clean, you are only 10-15 minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and farmer markets. We rate this property 5/5 and have no complaints. The staff on the property we absolutely fantastic and always will to answer any questions we may have had.

Reception area for the property open to all guests for most of the time. Property has tennis courts, swimming pool and library area for guests. Open parking with plenty of spots.

I planned a last minute trip to play golf and visit my brother and his family on Kauai. This studio worked out great for me. I was a little nervous about not having AC, but I just aimed the fan at the screen over the lanai door during the day and that kept the temperature comfortable. It was convenient to the Princeville Makai golf course and Hanalei Bay and the charming town of Hanalei. If you're a golfer, I highly recommend driving down to play the Ocean course near the airport.
