It was a terrible place, and I spent so much on Lyft.

I did not like the place where it was. And I had to call them 4 times to get into the building.

They could have given me the right codes.

Great facilities, terrible location for families

The apartment itself was great and had everything we needed

The location is very shady. Homelessness and daily drug use out on the sidewalk just next to the house. Our rental got broken into during the night and the general feeling is that walking around the street with small children is just not safe

Exceptional

I love the location, walking distance to various places. The facility was awesome. It had a room with a pool table which my husband loved. It was awesome that we could cook & not have to go out. It Is a place I could actually live in. LOVED IT!

It worked for convenience, but minor maintenance could be improved.

I appreciated the amenities.

The elevator has a stench. The walls were dirty inside of the studio. The bedding had hair on it. The couch furniture upholstery could use a deep clean. Most importantly, the bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Between the hard bed & the noisy pipes from the expose d industrial look, it was challenging to fall asleep.

Super helpful staff, always available; excellent location and amenities.

There are exceptional amenities: a 24/7 fitness room, club room with games and TV, outdoor spa and tea and coffee service in the lobby! very modern and upscale furnishings and well equipped kitchen for a short stay. Located above a Target and near several great restaurants, with conviennent paid parking in a lot or on the street.

No in/out parking in the garage.

Very impressed overall. I was surprised at how nice it was. Only bad thing was parking had to pay to park in a garage.

Overall not a bad place!

Good functioning kitchen and laundry in apartment. Big bathroom.

Had to kitchen switches that kept going out; had to flip the breaker on them every morning. Bed too firm for my liking.

all the amenities for the building were not accessible during my stay which was a huge bummer bc thats half the reason I chose the place I stayed at

We would come again!

Clean, spacious, comfortable bed, kitchen facilities.

Hot tub was not working! Would have rated 10/10 if it was working. Would have appreciated knowing parking was not included. We were able to park on the street, but would have liked garage but no in/out available.

Close to all facilities and very convivial

I really liked everything, especially shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer available as i forgot mine. Also having access to a washing machine, dryer and a dishwasher was sensational. One of my colleague craked a wine glass so we left you two wine glass from the CBC (Craft beer conference) that we got from there. Even if Uptown is not what it was a few years ago (safe and happening) we enjoyed the groceries stores close by and the huge choices of restaurants around. Thank you for everything, i will warmly recommand and look for Sonder's property in the future. P.S. Is there any rewards points we can get from Sonder? That would be soooo nice. Sandra

The only little thing i would recommand improving is the quality of the mattress in the sofa-bed. It was bumpy and very not comfee. Or you change the mattress or you change the whole sofa for a new one. :o)

A convenient practical and clean place to stay in a great neighbourhood in minneapolis

Great location very convenient with multiple retail / restaurants within walking distance. The heating and facilities are very modern and ease of access is very high. Being above a Target store makes it even more convenient for last minute grocery / emergency supplies

there was no privacy for the bedroom as it is semi open from the top and all conversations in the living room can be heard in the bedroom and vice versa

Mixed bag... clean ~500 sq ft suite. No good for remote work but comfortable and a good location.

The room was very clean and decorated in a trendy way. There were several thoughtful touches. The location is really nice. Target in the first floor has groceries and more. Parking is hard to find but really close once you find it. Follow the public parking sign near the building and you'll find it.

Well, the room is ~500 square feet, not 800. I actually bought a tape measure because I thought I was going crazy, reference the photos I attached for scale. There's no handy office space with desk and office chair like in the description and pictures, that's a fabrication. I was on a business trip so that was a huge problem for me. Also, the bed is a queen and not a king. That one's not a huge deal but why lie? I get the impression the pics and description are from some other location and they just copied and pasted. I like to give the benefit of the doubt but none of the three innocent discrepancies were in my favor so... yup. Of the three times I reached out I was not helped (I was told to keep waiting for a code that never came, fixed it myself), then I never got a response from issue submitted to their website, then the chat function in the app kept dropping me. Decided not to waste anymore of my downtime trying to get someone to help me. UPDATE: Looks like Sonder updated the listing description but the pictures still aren't of the property. I added a screenshot of the orig description.

Awesome property in a great building. Perfectly laid out and cleaned, with a great kitchenette, and all the cutlery etc you could ask for. Comfy bed, and perfect location for what we needed.

Disappointing

Clean, great location, beautiful space

Heating system was extremely loud made it very hard to sleep. Felt like you were sleeping in the furnace room

Very very nice

It is an amazing location next to target, CVS, cub foods, the lakes,and all the popular bars. Quiet and clean and overall they are a very well run company. I highly suggest this property. The most comfortable bed you will ever sleep on

Trendy, spacious Uptown apartment

The apartment was spacious and unique. The design was very trendy. Most importantly, it was comfortable and livable. It's in a great location in Uptown Minneapolis. It's near a bunch of trendy restaurants, bars, and shops. I am a new Sonder employee, this was my first stay at a Sonder apartment, and myself and my family were very impressed with the accommodations.
