Home Away from Home - Hamilton House 101 is a GOLD rated Corner two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental. This spacious 1st-floor (Not Ground Level) vacation rental has a delightful de'cor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets! Vacation rental 101 has a balcony that is accessible from both the living room and main bedroom. It offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Panel cable TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local US and North America calls and free Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom and 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities. There is a walk-in shower in the main bathroom and a tub shower combo in the guest bathroom. 101 has a Washer/Dryer, with Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans. The Hamilton House Resort amenities include Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Charcoal grill, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Parking is assigned with 1 covered spot underneath and 1 spot in open lot. Limit two parking passes at check-in. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as 6 beach towels. Maximum occupancy: 6 101 is a NON SMOKING Vacation Rental. Sorry, No trailers, RVs or boats. No pets are allowed. I stayed here last year, and it was amazing.this year I was a little disapointed are bedroom sliding glass door would not lock because it was broken. also every time we opened the screen door off the bedroom and front room it fell off, we had to keep putting it back up. I did call the office about it, and they said they would send someone to fix it but that never happened.also, the stairway to get upstairs the lock would never open so I had to send someone up the elevator to come down the stairs to open the door for me I am unable to take the elevator, so my only way up was using the stairs.then our last day staying there we had a maintenance guy walk into our condo he knocked but only waited a couple of seconds before he entered, and I had my young teenage daughter there that he walked in on.which I dont understand why he came that day to change the filter because the next morning we had to checkout by 10am and the next group of people would not be checking into 4:pm so why did he not wait to change the filter the next day when no one was staying there?

Very good property right on the Gulf front with spacious balcony. Beds extremely comfortable. Problem with after hours check in promptly resolved by on call staff. Unfortunate issue with air con again resolved by property manager as quickly as was possible. Overall recommend this property and JC Resorts.

The location of the property was perfect. Very short distance from the beach which was nice and close to many great restaurants. The unit was also nice and spacious. We loved how great the views of the beach were right from the master bedroom and beds were comfortable. We did have some issues though. The rooms was not cleaned well. There was little black hairs all over the master sink counter and faucet where the previous guest was shaving in the sink. The dryer was so full of lint when I opened it fell out onto me. There was black gunk caked up on the faucet in the kitchen and in the master bathroom,this was not the case in the hall bath.The kitchen table was not clean and there were dirty dishes.I spent over an hour cleaning when we got there. I did call and report the conditions and I was told the head of house keeping would be calling me however I never received that call. The elevator went out during our stay which was a pain to carry all of our things up and down the stairs however not a huge deal. The unit was right above the stairs to which everyone had to use now that the elevators were no longer working. The door to the stairs slams and makes a VERY loud noise which we could hear from the bedroom and it did make it difficult to sleep with the constant slamming of the door. I did mention the cleaning issues again at checkout and we were told that they had just hired 3 new cleaning people and that they would have a talk with them. Another guest parked in our spot so

We loved this was very clean and updated with very nice furnishings. The location is excellent, less than 45 minutes from Tampa airport, good parking facilities, nice pool area (heated pool), beautiful beach. Across the street there is an Italian restaurant (TJ's), pizza joint (Chicago Jaqx), seafood restaurant (Keegan's) and about 1 to 2 blocks away a locals bar (Hurricane Eddies) and small grocery/convenient store. Lots of other restaurants and shopping up and down the road. Had to make a few phone calls before check in to verify some info and everyone I spoke with was professional and very friendly. Key codes for all entries. There were 6 beach towels and beach toys, a couple of chairs and small umbrella to use in one of the closets, no cooler, although we brought our own collapsible one. Well stocked kitchen, provided small bath soaps and some starter TP. It's really nice to have ocean/beach view from the primary bedroom as it shares the large balcony. Plenty of storage space in the drawers and hangars in the closet. Great shower in the primary bath. We spent a lot of time on the balcony gazing at the beach/ocean. Would stay here again. Enjoy!

Our unit at Hamilton House exceeded our expectations. The accommodations and property amenities were perfect for our stay. The gulf front view from the large balcony allowed for beautiful nightly sunsets. This is my second time staying at Hamilton House. The condo was beautiful and actually more modern than the pictures. The view from the balcony is spectacular. Close to restaurants and an easy trolley ride to Clearwater and Madeira Beach.
The only negatives would be that there were only two functional beach chairs, both were old and uncomfortable. There was no cooler for the beach which would have been useful. The zero gravity chair on the balcony was also very uncomfortable. These were definitely small inconveniences. The week we stayed, there was a large group of 38 people at the property, so we were not able to enjoy the pool as they dominated the space all week. The property manager was very helpful when I spoke to her about the situation. I believe this was unusual, and it would not stop me from recommending this condo.

Staff gave a great reccomendation for rental baby supplies ( our little suitcase) which was fantastic to work with. We will definitely be booking another stay here soon!

The bed in the Master was very uncomfortable, and more so for my wife. She complained about not being able to sleep every morning. Something the owners should consider fixing. The floors werent' very clean, but everything else appeared to be. We have stayed at other JC Resort condos and this unit ranked lower than the rest. The view was excellent & we were pleasantly surprised to see that the owners had chairs and umbrellas left for the guests. Everything worked, ... loved the area.

Kitchen is stocked ok. Most essentials were there. Very, very firm mattresses! Balcony was a dream to sit on and you cannot beat hearing the sound of the ocean when you’re laying in bed at night exhausted from a day in the sun. Condo is in a great location, walkable to many good restaurants (and ice cream shops)! Short drive to parks and Clearwater, but the beach and those turquoise waters were the best thing about this stay!

This is an excellent property and we would gladly stay here again the views from patio were unobstructed directly on the ocean. The condo had beach umbrella and chairs and all the utensils you might need. There are a few restaurants in walking distance. We strongly recommend TJ Italian restaurant across the street. The mgmnt was very helpful and check in was a breeze

Perfect little condo
The property was clean and fully stocked with all cookware and dishes. Breath taking view of the ocean and sunset. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Perfect location for my little family, my boys (5 & 9) absolutely loved their stay and close access to the beach. Will 100% be returning.
