Hamilton House 206 is a rare gem of a vacation spot. Its chic and upscale furnishings are especially pleasing and range from an eclectic feel in the living area to the soothing ambiance in the bedrooms. The sizable balcony, which is accessible from both the primary bedroom and the living room, is the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful sunset. The open floor plan features a stylish leather couch and flatscreen TV. Overlooking the living area is the well-appointed, sleek kitchen which features three bar stools and counter area. There is also a large dining table with ample seating for six. The primary bedroom is the epitome of tranquility, so guests can rest easy after a full day of fun in the sun. The second bedroom is very comfortable as well and is ready to provide some much-deserved rest. Both bedrooms are outfitted with flatscreen TVs. The bathrooms have been renovated recently. For your convenience, there is a stackable washer and dryer in the condo.

Great property! Very clean and comfortable. They even had beach chairs and towels you could use. Great communication with the host. We had a great stay here. Close to many local restaurants, that were great. Pool was clean,with easy access to restrooms, so you didn't have to go up to the condo. Would stay here again!

Fantastic location, quiet and clean place with plenty of room. Well stocked with beach towels, regular towels and some starter supplies. Beach chairs & toys. Great patio with an ocean view. Fridge made tons of ice (drinks!) pool was never full. Access to beach can be slightly tricky for any mobility limited folks given narrow walkway, but we managed with two littles. Washing station as you come off the beach and bathrooms by the pool. Overall, it was an amazing stay and we would love to come back.

Many outlets in the condo did not work, the sliding doors were so hard to open, pool was not maintained well, much of the furniture needs to be replaced. The gray center piece by couch and the blue fold out chair are disgusting and dirty Not enough towels and wash clothes. It took quite a while for any response to an email sent. There is no hot water in the sinks of the bathrooms. Great shower pressure and water temperature. The condo was clean, just the furniture was dirty.
