Located at Lake Las Vegas, just across the replica Ponte Vecchio bridge at Luna di Lusso. Your one bedroom, one bathroom suite is tastefully furnished and includes all the amenities of home. From the 42' flat screen television in the living room to the soaker tub in the bathroom and the fully equipped kitchenette, you'll be sure to enjoy your stay. Lake Las Vegas and the surrounding area is home to a countless amount of activities. Water related sports can be enjoyed off the resort's 10-acre shoreline and include fishing, kayaking, canoeing, and sailing and golfing. Other adventurous activities include helicopter rides and cruising on Lake Mead, including exploring the Hoover Dam, Lake Mead Provincial Park, Red Rock Canyon, and more. Condo was very nice. It had everything we needed. Even an air fryer! Pool was very nice, but a little cold. Parking garage was so convenient. We would definitely stay again!

WE FELT COMFORTABLE , THE VIEW IS GREAT , THE POOL IS BEAUTIFUL AND FOR THE MOST PART QUIET WITH LOTS OF SPACE , QUICK WALK ACROSS THE BRIDGE FOR RESTRAUNT'S AND LIGHT SHOPPING THE STORE HAS ALMOST ANYTHIUG YOU NEED FROM FOOD TO SUNDRIES , WE ALSO FELT SECURE WITH THE GATED UNDER GROUND PARKING LOT . GOLFING , THE LAKE AND WALKING TRAILS ALL MAKE THIS A GREAT PLACE TO STAY .

Laurie was quick to respond to our last minute booking. The condo itself was very modern and clean! Perfect size for 2 people to stay. Spent every afternoon after golf in the pool and lounging except for our last day in which the pool was closed for maintenance. It would have been nice to be forewarned of this so we could have planned our day differently. However the fireworks and the live band on the lake that night made up for it. So many fabulous golf courses nearby! Chimera was absolutely beautiful and in mint condition. Had dinner at the Mexican restaurant and the pub across the lake which was delicious and so convenient. Also picked up a few groceries the first day at Seasons. As the fridge is very small, we stopped daily to pick up only what we needed for the day. We would highly recommend this property for those who want to be away from the chaos of downtown yet within driving distance.

Our stay was heavenly. Laurie was a great communicator, and made sure that we were all set with keys, parking, etc upon our arrival. The area was as beautiful as pictured, and the condo itself was perfect - very clean and quiet. It is located a short distance from the airport and yet it is a stunning setting. The facility is so nice that you could just be lazy and local for seven days if you wanted to, or be active with lots of options for hiking, biking, golf, walking, etc. We would gladly stay here again, in terms of both our hosts and their home, as well as Nevada as a hospitable state to visit in general.

Our goal was to hike the beautiful parks and conservation areas around Las Vegas, and this condo, located about 30 minutes west of the airport, was a convenient location for that. It's especially close to the Lake Mead Recreation area. We could also drive to Valley of Fire State Park without going anywhere near the Las Vegas traffic. Condo was immaculately clean and just perfect for two people. We fixed some simple meals in the condo and also ate out at the nearby restaurants. There's a grocery store only a few minutes walk away with all you need for simple meals, and they have nice breads, fresh meats, and a reasonable selection of wine, beer, and other liquor. The view from the pool and hot tub is lovely. The complex was quiet and our host was very helpful regarding a confusion with the keys. Laurie even called us to make sure we had gotten into the condo okay. Some maps and other local sites literature is in the condo. Plenty of parking. Great place, great host - we would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I throughly enjoyed our time at this condo. It was a perfect size for the two of us. The kitchen efficiency was well equipped and we used it for our morning coffee and breakfast, and to warm up our great leftovers from the Village restaurants. A morning favorite was sitting on the balcony having coffee and enjoying the beautiful view. Thank you Laurie!!!

The area is gorgeous, we went to Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, and Red Rock Canyon for hiking. Then downtown Vegas one night. The Italian restaurant is wonderful! (chocolate moose) The parking (underground and lot) was full one night. We enjoyed our visit for 3 nights.

This is one of the most comfortable VRBO experiences I have had. The condo is modern, clean, quiet, and comfortable. There are good restaurants and a small grocery store within a 5-minute stunning walk. 20 minute easy drive to the airport and the strip. The owners are super responsive to any issues and they even anticipated my need for a late check-in. I feel very fortunate to have found this deal. This will hopefully be where I stay on all future visits to Vegas.

Very nice stay. Owner was fantastic, very accommodating and easy to work with. The unit is fairly small, but perfect for two people. Don't try to put in more people, it will not be to anyone's benefit, but perfect for two. Completely refurbished unit with high end fixtures. Very nice place to stay. We were there during spring break, so there were a LOT of very small children (12 in the hot tub at one point actually caused us to leave the pool area), something I'd hoped to avoid but certainly not anyone's fault. In speaking with others, it is generally not that way, but seemed to be specific to spring break. If we visit the area again, I'd be more than happy to stay in this unit again, but would probably avoid spring break timeframe.

We were already familiar with Lake Las Vegas and wanted to stay there to get away from the Strip and to have access to walking trails and mountain views. This condo accomplished those goals and was exactly as represented. The unit was very clean and well maintained. The kitchenette was well-stocked with the necessities; dishes, glassware, appliances, etc.. We had no expectations to be preparing major meals while there which proved to be good since the kitchenette is really too small for much more than light breakfast or sandwiches. It was very clear in the pictures (which we failed to notice) that there was no oven (although a toaster oven is provided) and the refrigerator is only large enough for some beverages. The owners were very attentive both before and during the rental. While there an issue arose with the key cards to access the unit and the owner contacted us as soon as she became aware of it. (The management company had already resolved it for us.) Although there were more restaurants in the Village open than when we scouted this property last year, they are all fairly pricey so, other than the Irish Pub, we did not eat at any of them. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet break from Strip, or even off-Strip, hotel-casinos, with easy access from McCarran airport (a car is necessary).

We loved the space and kitchenette. Perfect for a couples getaway week. Village was very quiet in the offseason which was okay by us but not what people would typically expect for near Las Vegas. Very close to hiking trails and paths including Lake Mead National Park, Hoover Dam, and Grand Canyon West. Would have liked a grocery market within walking distance and daily housekeeping service but wouldn't want to pay more for it so we managed just fine. Only downsides were a small fridge (needing repair) that couldn't hold enough groceries, no BBQ, and cold pool with broken hot tub.
