Spacious, comfy and homey. What a treat to stay in a neighborhood so close to our family. We so appreciated the real coffee pot! Todd was so responsive to our questions.

Our week-long stay was relaxing - the property had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Todd was very welcoming and had great communication. He even went out of his way to replace a hair dryer on short notice when we were preparing for a wedding. I certainly recommend his property.

The home was the perfect option when looking for a place for 10 people to stay in Providence. The beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was great and the host was very accommodating.

The apartment was as described in the listing. There was plenty of room, and it was nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. Todd is very responsive to requests. It can be a little tricky to regulate the water temperature in the rear bathroom, but it is doable.

If rating apt alone, it would be 3 or maybe 4 stars. Nice apt, well appointed, good location etc. but (1) overnight parking is not convenient (owner lives on bottom floor needs to get in and out of garage so asked that we not park in the drive except later in the evening and you cannot park on street at night); and 2) back shower almost immediately ran out of hot water mid shower two times we tried to use it (front which we also used twice was fine). I would’ve communicated this to owner but we had such a horrible experience communicating with him, (including a Friday phone call in which he demanded to know who was in the apartment and despite clearly advising before booking who would be in the apartment 4 of us overnight plus my in town brother and nephew for dinner) and then discovered what appeared to us to be to undisclosed interior monitoring devices (video/audio), we collectively determined it was better just to get our stay over with. I have communicated with VRBO who advised me that undisclosed internal monitoring violates their policy. We do not know if we were actually being monitored but in addition to a disturbing phone call from the owner the first night, we heard what sounded like his voice accidentally being projected over an interior (dining room) nest thermostat (that appears to be the camera version) the next night, We thought it was just a thermostat until we heard the voice and looked it up on the Internet) I have provided VRBO pictures and full details of our experience (just briefly summarized here) and asked them to investigate. I would post the pictures here but there doesn’t seem to be a way to. Again we can’t say for sure we were being monitored but the host’s behavior made us uncomfortable. We would definitely not stay again.

We all loved the apartment with its beautiful, charming old woodwork. We had plenty of room for our family of four adults. The location was great for us . . . close to our niece in the neighborhood and within walking distance of LaSalle Bakery--delicious! We are very thankful to have the central air conditioning as Providence was experiencing unusually warm weather while we were there!
