Villa Rosa is exceptional. It is a beautiful property with stunning views. We had our room upgraded (for free) because there which is a sign of excellent management and their approach to giving the best possible customer experience. The room was amazing, the pool was so nice to chill out and watch the sunset, and the breakfast and dinner was on par with fine dining restaurant quality. Definitely highly recommended and a fun tuk-tuk ride to get there from central Kandy haha!

The property has an incredible view of the area. It’s high up just slightly out of the main town. It’s so quiet and peaceful but there is also a lot going on if you want it - there is a wellness centre with a massage, yoga studio. Massage is highly recommended. An infinity pool overlooking the hill top.
We had dinner at the villa in the evening - curries and rice. Superb.
It’s a team effort at Villa Rosa. The owners are supported by a brilliant team of staff that are treated like extended family.
We were taken along to the market by one of the team and shown around while he did the daily shop.
Everything is done to make you feel as welcome as possible.
And not to forget the two resident doggies, they were the sweetest !
