Superb, charming and luxurious boutique hotel away from the bustle of Kandy but super handy for many outings. We loved our room, the staff were amazing, the pool gorgeous, the food outstanding. It was all faultless - my favourite hotel of our 2 week Sri Lankan holiday.

Fantastic location at the top of a hill with amazing views. Very tranquil and peaceful. Staff were exceptional, attentive and couldn’t have been more helpful. Rooms were well appointed and beds extremely comfortable. Breakfast both Sri Lankan and European were delicious. Pool was very refreshing. Would highly recommend staying in this beautiful villa again.

Villa Rosa is exceptional. It is a beautiful property with stunning views. We had our room upgraded (for free) because there which is a sign of excellent management and their approach to giving the best possible customer experience. The room was amazing, the pool was so nice to chill out and watch the sunset, and the breakfast and dinner was on par with fine dining restaurant quality. Definitely highly recommended and a fun tuk-tuk ride to get there from central Kandy haha!
