Luxurious rooms, lighting , TV, friendly staff, pool and bathrooms.Location was great.
The hotel has Japanese cuisine but Indian cuisine is missing.

Quality colonial hotel with 5 star service. Great location. Good size room with large beds. This is a 5 star establishment and you get the service.
Building work during the day as they are expanding into next door. You are out during the day so no drama but sometimes hear it at breakfast and up to 6pm. I would stay again with the building work but normally they leave the building work for low season

Really good location in the centre of Kandy and helpful staff.weirdly good Japanese cafe as part of it.
Could have been clearer with disruption info about the festival and the fact that roads would be closed. Ants on the balcony.

The entrance to the hotel was grand,felt like a celebrity getting in.The staff was friendly and professional.They were very welcoming.The interior design within the hotel felt like a little Venice.Dinner and breakfast were delicious.
The lighting system was confusing.
