The room was very clean and comfortable with a spectacular view of Kandy Lake.
The buffet should include more authentic Sri Lankan food rather than Indian cuisine.

The hotel was in close proximity to the town centre I would say it was a 15 min tuk tuk ride. The hotel was modern with nice size rooms and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Will stay there again.

The breakfast was AMAZING!! Lots of variety and delicious. The pool area was okay but small. The staff were very nice and helpful, Loved our porch and view

Location was great, and the checking in/checking out process was pretty efficient. The service was good, all the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was good, but very crowded. The gem store in the lobby provided a good selection and while they aren't part of the hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful as well.
The property was old and tired. There were fittings in the bathroom that were old and broken but still functional. The safe kept flashing 'low battery' so I didn't dare to use it. There was no hairdryer but when I asked for one at the reception they delivered one to me. It was a busy week as I was there during a national holiday. The hotel was packed and for some reason the corridor outside my room was always busy. There was furniture, cleaning trolleys along the corridor at all hours.It was also a bit noisy as I could hear the people in the next room. Security was lacking in the lifts as one of the lifts didn't seem to require guests to tap their room keys for access.
