What a lovely hotel, from the time you first enter the main lobby you are greeted by progressional staff that are happy to explain all there is to do in Kandy. We explored the city, walked around the man made lake, cultural dancing show is a must, botanical gardens and a visited the temple. Pool is big and has a great view of the city. Our room was so lovely and very big, it looked over everything.
I am really not a fan of big cities, very busy hotel and city.

We had the room and the breakfast and everything was on point. The room was spacious with a comfortable mattress, nice decor and great view. The small balcony is great to take in the Kandy view. Bathroom was clean and with very hot water in the shower. The breakfast was varied with enough options of local foods, fruit and more. The team was very welcoming and helped us with our bags.

Tried to give me lower category of room, and then my room wasn't ready even though I arrived an hour after check in.
