Stunning property! The view of the Sacred Tooth temple and lake framed by the lush trees is to die for. The colonial property is tucked into the landscape and has old world charm. The rooms are very tastefully decorated and there are antiques all over. Service is exceptional. Roshan, the manager, went out of his way to make us comfortable. The caretaker Sisila is an exceptional host and is a magician when it comes to making things happen. Dilshan and Kasu are quiet behind the scenes and very diligent. We felt so much at home… It’s a place you don’t want to leave - we can’t wait to come back!

The property overlooks the Kandy Lake and the entire city. It's a beautiful 120 year old cottage with a stunning lawns surrounding it. It's quite close to the city center, but away from the histle bustle. The most alluring aspect however is the service. Sisila was our host and he was absolutely wonderful. Would recommend this to anyone who is looking to stay in Kandy.

The staff were excellent especially Donanajaya and breakfast was really good I recommend the traditional breakfast
The rooms were in need of some renovation work and they need to buy new towels.

We had a very nice room seperate from the main house! The breakfast was great and the coziness of the hotel is very nice too. It is also very close to the center of town but still in a very nice quiet area.
The rooms in the main house were big, one was even too big, but some furniture in the main house could use an upgrade
