Very luxurious hotel with beautiful staff! We stayed less than 24 hours due to travel plans but were very comfortable in our large room that overlooked the busy streets of Kandy
The location is a bit further than other accommodations, however it is very easy to arrange a tuktuk or car for the 10 min drive to town

Everything was nice, clean.
Initial mix up with the room but sorted easily enough. Door entry card stopped working, easily sorted. Booked through booking.com with pay at the hotel. Hotel charged my card about $30 more than it was on booking.com
