Oasis of calm in the heart of the old town.

The quiet, but perfect central location and the staff who are so kind and welcoming. To find a sympathetically restored and modernised boutique hotel, bang in the centre of the old town that is an oasis of peace and tranquillity is an exceptional thing. Will definitely return when visiting again as our #1 choice. Gracias!

Really nothing much at all. Only suggestions… take look under the bed please and clean more regularly. Breakfast …..cold boiled eggs that have sat on the counter for over an hour are not a great idea. Ditto cold scrambled eggs eggs.

Im Grunde ganz ok, mit einigen störenden Details. Im Sommer sicher besser.

Ruhiges Zimmer. Zentrale Lage in der Altstadt. Auswahl beim Frühstück überschaubar, aber mit Ausnahme des Brotes von guter Qualität. An- und Abreise problemlos.

Zimmer kleiner als die Bilder vermuten lassen. Sehr wenig Ablage bzw Aufhängmöglichkeiten für Kleidung. Frühstücksraum wenn man nicht draußen sitzen kann zu klein und sehr kalt.

Parfait pour une escapade romantique

L’hôtel est très beau, la chambre aussi. Le personnel est adorable et a l’écoute. Une solution pour le check-in est prévue même en dehors des heures de réception. Tout est bien indiqué.

Il faisait un peu froid la nuit, et nous n’avions pas de couverture supplémentaire.

An excellent place to stay in Alcudia

Super location, stylish building and furnishings. Staff were very helpful and professional. Lovely healthy breakfast Hotel setting was peaceful and very quiet.

As the weather was cool, the breakfast rooms were a bit chilly.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in toller Altstadtlage

Wir hatten das Standardzimmer gebucht und in den Bewertungen schlecht darüber gelesen. Man ist äußerst professionell und entgegenkommend mit unseren Bedenken umgegangen und trotzdem ein anderes Zimmer nicht verfügbar war, haben wir den Aufenthalt im Hotel rundherum genossen. Das Zimmer entsprach der schlechten Bewertung in keinster Weise. Aufgrund einer funktionierenden Klimaanlage war es sowohl angenehm temperiert, als auch leise. Die kleine Größe wird durch die ausgesprochen praktische und ansprechende Einrichtung ausgeglichen und durch das Bogengewölbe hat man etwas wirklich besonderes. Das Frühstück bot trotz Corona eine vielfältige und vollkommen ausreichende Auswahl. Darüberhinaus erhielten wir ganz individuelle Empfehlungen für Ausflüge, für die wir uns hier noch einmal bedanken möchten.

Sehr schöner Start in den Frühling / Sommer

Das Zimmer Nr. 1 ist zwar eher klein verfügt aber über einen eigenen Patio mit kleinem, schönen Pool! Das Personal war extrem freundlich und gab uns tolle Tips. Das Frühstücksbuffet war klein aber sehr lieblich angerichtet und es hatte alles was es braucht.

Am Nachmittag und Abend war die Küchenabluft des benachbarten Restaurants zu riechen, das war doch etwas störend aber da kann das Hotel nichts dafür.

Das Quartier ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt fürs Erkunden des Nordteils von Mallorca.

Liebevoll zubereitetes, immer absolut frisches und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück! Ausgesprochen netter Empfang, viele gute Tipps fürs Erkunden der näheren Umgebung. Tolle Lage in der historisch interessanten Altstadt. Kostenfreier Parkplatz in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen.

Home away from home!

Ara Alcudia is like home away from home - from the moment we stepped into the hotel we felt completely taken care of. Everything was perfect: to the point that we decided to make our stay longer and stayed for two extra nights! The owners are genuinely interested in their guests needs and provide all the necessary information, the rooms are super clean and comfortable, the breakfast is absolutely delicious and the hotels location simply couldn't be better. What we liked most was the unique atmosphere and sophisticated design of the hotel. We'll be coming back for more!!

Nice private balconies, clean and comfortable bed, nice updated shower and bathroom, super location.

The old town of Alcudia is very nice, and this hotel is in the center of the 13th century (and possibly older) walls. The host was very welcoming and explained everything well. The room was modern with excellent private balconies which were perfect to enjoy wine 🍷.

Being athletic, it was not a problem for us to move luggage up to the hotel from the parking lot outside the old city walls, but would possibly be a problem for mobility impaired or if not fit.

Das war ein schöner Aufenthalt, wir waren nur eine Nacht da.

Man kann außerhalb der Stadtmauer kostenlos parken. Zu Fuß waren es ca 5 Minuten bis zum Hotel. Das Hotel und auch unser Zimmer (Nr.2) ist ziemlich klein aber sehr schön gelegen und ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut.

Merveilleux endroit pour se retrouver en amoureux!

J ai vraiment aimé ce petit hôtel dans la vieille ville de Alcudia. C était calme et reposant. Nous avions une petite piscine mais l eau était trop froide pour se baigner!

A really sweet hotel with really lovely staffs! He let us earlier check in, and give us ideas what we can do during our stay, always helping♥️ Location is great, right inside of old town but not on main street which can be a bit crowded, close to everything. Room is really clean and quite and with a comfortable bed, I wish I have stay longer! We will l come back next time when we in Alcudia again!

Hotel have a great location in the historic center of Alcudia. Stuff are very friendly, they give us very useful information what's we can visit. Because of them our stay was really extraordinary. Room was very nice, clean and breakfast were very good. I can only high recommend this hotel to stay in Alcudia.

Boutique hotel with personalised service and nothing not to like. Lovely rooms - ours was overlooking the alleyway with shops and restaurants which gave it a lovely vibe. Double glazing cut any noise, which was minimal, although there isn't noise at all after 10.30pm. The lounge/breakfast area is gorgeous and light and the breakfast provided is delicious Spanish fare with fruit and pastries, and there's plenty of it. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Easy checkin/checkout. Clothes washing service provided at a minimal charge. Exceptionally clean, peaceful, stylish. Would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect.

A tiny but absolutely gorgeous boutique hotel bang in the middle of Alcudia's old town

A tiny but absolutely gorgeous boutique hotel bang in the middle of Alcudia's old town. Rooms and general decor/vibes were perfect. Felt traditional but also modern and clean. Breakfast was delightful and everything was so well thought out, right down the tiny portions of spanish omelette! Although reception wasn't manned 24 hours, staff were very helpful and always available to answer questions via Whatsapp. We were also able to leave our bags at the hotel on our last day and use a small WC/shower room before we headed to the airport on the bus. The main bus stop for the old town is about a 3 minute walk from the hotel, as are all of the restaurants and shops. We had the perfect short stay at ARA and would recommend to anyone!

I think the only thing that would have improved our stay is a small swimming pool, but I imagine most of the hotels/accommodation in the old town are pool-free due to lack of space. Some rooms at ARA do have a very small plunge pool on the balcony, but we honestly didn't feel that it was needed as you're so close to the beach via the bus.

Lovely stay, great location, large free parking nearby. Will come for longer next time.

Such a good location in old town beside beautiful restaurants. Really nice decoration and furnishings. Easily accessed with security code. Large free parking nearby outside walled town. Breakfast was delicious. Lovely bathroom & shower.
