Location is perfect for walking around, close to restaurants, shops and the central train stations. The staff are friendly and helpful.
The TV was broken and didn’t work at all during my 3 night stay.

little present at check out, relative friendlynes of the personel. Super well location, next to Amsterdam Centraal. Not much more really.
There's a small step for the bathroom, which is bad if you get up at night with little or no light.
Only one pillow, and they don't provide any more (they don't have any). There's no glass in the bathroom. We brought coffee cups for the bathroom.
In the shower, there are two bottles of shampoo and no shower gel.
The bathroom has a strange smell. The Wi-Fi was broken when we arrived; after it was repaired, it was quite slow. The carpet needs replacing; it has stains. A previous guest's underwear was found under the bed. One of the days the room wasn't cleaned. There's no mini-fridge. Super expensive at USD 288 a night for what it has to offer.
