The facilities were excellent, and will maintained we used the pool and the Padel court and both were excellent.
Navigation to room was no easy so better and clearer signage would help

Design , location , lots of facilities which are good for longer stays.
My wife got stuck in the elevator for 5 minutes , elevators which have the periodical check noted with DESFAVORABLE !!!
Check-in is at 15:00 , went at the SPA around 17:00 and the employee there said it is too late because they close in an hour….. so that’s very unpleasant.
There is NO complementary water in a 4 star Hotel in a country where 2 liters of water cost 40-50 cents.
You do have a mini-bar which charges for a small bottle 3.8€ , pathetic
The rooms are not including a bag for Spa, not even bath robes or at least single use flip flops
No Smart TVs, the existing are old and without the possibility to watch Youtube
So 180€ / night it is ridiculously high price for the offer
$$$$
