Great location - close to Benidorm but far enough away to avoid the chaos. Great facilities. Spacious room. Very comfortable. Level Lounge was good.

A 5 star room should have provided water bottles in the room each day - not charge $4 from the mini bar for them.

Property was beautiful.

The staff was very rude, we got no support, booked tables and then wasn’t available and made out we were liars. Never shown or told about facilities available, so never got to use most of them. Paid for drinks and food we didn’t need to as drinks and food available in package which we weren’t told, as different areas. Went to to one restaurant. Got asked by 4 members of staff what we wanted just to order a drink and food, then waited over 3/4 hr for the food. Never got asked again if we wanted another drink throughout night. Final straw, on last night, we ordered a glass of red wine, we got a white, when told the waiter we had ordered a red, he said didn’t know what we meant!! We obviously repeated ourselves to for red wine, he replied white, rossi or black. Never ever had we heard it refered to as black wine, in any country. Then the waiter went over to his colleague and started pointing at us. Very rude!!! So when next waiter came over and we asked for another black wine, so was confused and said indicated not heard of black wine. We said we hadn’t either until tonight, to which she laughed and said no no, red wine!!! We tried to speak to receptionist also rude, would let us finish our sentences before jumping in and giving us wrong answer. Shame as absolutely beautiful place but never ever have we come across staff so rude in any country we have visited.
