Excellent location, just outside the walled city.

Convenient, easy access to town and train station. Breakfast included eggs, cereal, yoghurt, variety of breads/ pastries
No free drinking water. Need to pay 2.50 euros. No slippers provided. Need to upgrade to get air-conditioning. Was given room in the annex which we needed to walk across the car park

Convenient location, quiet place, very good breakfast.
Cleaning staff opened our room without knocking to clean before 9, while we were still in bed.
The most disappoint part however came afterwards. During our stay we had with us our pet - a small bird (a budgerigar/Wellensittich) - and nobody raised any issues, as according to the hotel's policy "Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.". We decided to book again some time later and despite the initial booking confirmation (and official policy) we received a brief message informing us that birds are not allowed without any further explanation whatsoever even though we complained about the absurdity of the situation and asked for an explanation.
