I literally liked everything about this place, the staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are big and clean
The only part that I didn't like is that there's no balcony in the rooms haha, and the breakfast was disappointing comparing to the other hotels I was in

The comfort of the rooms and the bed, the decoration, how clean the room was. And mostly: no noise at all!

Generally, Hotel atmosphere was pleasant enough.
We arrived late and exhausted at check-in, and find that the bathroom mixer with the shower hose was leaking and spraying water. Since it was already late, I had to fix the issue myself, which was inconvenient after a long journey.
Housekeeping was disappointing (2/5). I stayed for 3 nights: the first night everything was fine, but on the 2nd and 3rd nights, I had to call Reception every evening to request a minibar refill, which should have been done during the housekeeping service in the morning.
