Good location close to Venice
The property is located in an industrial part and there is a lack of places to eat around the hotel as the hotel does not do evening meals

The front desk staff was exceptional. Lisa in particular was very helpful and accommodating with all my questions and requests. Truly a gem.
The bus service to Venice was very convenient and inexpensive. The parking was a huge plus.
Not much available within walking distance. There is a large mall a short drive away.

Cleanliness and breakfast
- Broken Air conditioner, extremely warm room as the sun hits on it all day long.
- if you open windows all the neighbors can watch you and at night got noisy
- the bed is not comfortable
